Fever To Tell

This album, while not without its merits, leaves me somewhat underwhelmed, especially considering the brilliance of the track "Maps" and my fondness for their previous album, It's Blitz. While "Rich," "Tick," and "Black Tongue" offer some enjoyable moments, the overall experience falls short of expectations. Some tracks are merely passable, while others, with their peculiar moaning sections, are rather off-putting in my opinion. "No No No" in particular seems to overstay its welcome, with my interest waning towards the end. Despite these shortcomings, Fever to Tell has its moments, and standout tracks like "Maps" still manage to captivate. However, in comparison to other works by Yeah Yeah Yeahs, this album feels somewhat lackluster.
